The use of cascading sonotrodes in combination with special flow-vessels has proven to be very effective for such applications.

Since the industrial devices are based on the same functional principles, the scale-up can be realized in a rapid and reproducible way, both for different application domains in the laboratory and in the industry . The modular design makes it possible to adapt the system configuration to the process requirements. In controlling and registering all important process parameters, the optional PC-interface serves for determining the design and specifications before the scale-up to industrial level.

Different from other cavitation systems, such as piston homogenizers, shear pumps, colloid mills or other mill types, our ultrasonic equipment is highly scalable, easy to set-up and to operate. The extremely low maintenance of our equipment reduces the operational costs and the man-power required.
