The UIP2000hdT is a powerful 2kW ultrasonic processor used for heavy duty applications such as homogenization, dispersion & wet-milling, emulsification, extraction and chemical reactions. With its digital control, automatic data recording and user-friendly operation, the UIP2000hdT allows for intensifying processes and to produce medium-sized volumes on industrial scale. The UIP2000hdT can be operated in batch mode as well as in combination with a flow cell reactor for continuous inline sonication. Since ultrasonic processes can be linearly scaled-up by adding several ultrasonic units in parallel or by installing a larger ultrasonic unit such as Hielscher’s UP16000 (16kW).
