The principles of cleaning by highly intensive ultrasound are applicable not only to common wires and profiles but also to tapes, tubes, stranded wires, textile yarns, glass or ceramic strings or any other continuous material. By means of conveyor devices small parts as springs, bolts, pins, bars can be guided through the cavitation zone. Special sonotrodes may be designed for larger profiles and special geometries.
