Hielscher ultrasonic processors are used for many applications such as homogenizing, emulsifying , disintegration or deagglomeration and dispersion on production level. There, our systems are replacing common technologies, such as shear pumps and high pressure homogenizers due to their high efficiency and low maintenance.

For the processing of liquids, we offer you a wide range of flow vessels, that cover most industrial processes. Any ultrasonic processor can be operated as an individual device or may be combined to multiple-arrangement systems with several kilowatts of power. It is more cost effective to use one powerful industrial processor instead of a large number of small devices. That led to the development of our big ultrasonic processors, that are the most powerful continuous processors worldwide, with a power of up to 16kW per device.
