Sanitary Pressure Sensor / Transmitter for Ultrasonic Homogenizers

Liquid pressure is a significant influence on sonication process efficiency. For this reason, Hielscher offers sanitary pressure sensors (PS7D and PS70) for use with all its ultrasonic devices with Touch control. Please see the compatibility chart for details. In combination with the innovative Touch control and the SD-card, these pressure sensors can be used to meter, record and protocol liquid pressures during operation. This simplifies the record-keeping during bench-top testing or production. The heavy-duty sanitary stainless steel design comes in two versions for different pressure ranges (0-7barg and 0-70barg). Extension cables are available on request.

The T-connector T-2D25-0G5 connects the pressure sensors with two 25mm sanitary fittings, e.g. to incorporate a pressure sensor into the feed connection to the flow cell reactor. The T-connector has an additional bore (dry) to hold a 3mm PT100 temperature sensor in place.
