Proses Inline

Diskrit Recirculation untuk UltrasonicationHielscher ultrasonik reaktor pada umumnya digunakan sonikasi volume besar dalam proses aliran / inline. Materi yang dipompa kedalam reaktor aliran, serta mengalami intensitas kavitasi ultrasonik dalam kondisi yang terkendali. Waktu sonikasi ditentukan oleh volume reaktor dan laju aliran material. Sonikasi inline mengeliminasi by-passing karena semua partikel melewati ruang reaktor mengikuti jalur yang ditentukan. Karena semua partikel terkena parameter sonikasi dalam waktu yang bersamaan selama siklus, ultrasonikasi biasanya menggeser kurva distribusi, daripada melebarkannya disebut right tailing (perluasan kurva distribusi ke kanan. Umumnya “right tailing” tidak dapat diamati pada sampel sonikasi.

Ultrasonik Flow Cell reaktor terbuat dari stainless steel untuk sonikasi cairan.Hielscher ultrasonic mixing reactor consist of the reactor vessel and the ultrasonic sonotrode (also known as ultrasonic horn, probe or rod). This is the only part, that is subject to wear and it can be easily replaced within minutes. Oscillation-decoupling flanges allow to mount the sonotrode into open or closed pressurizable containers or flow cells in any orientation. No bearings are needed. Flow cell reactors are generally made of stainless steel and have simple geometries and can dengan mudah dipasang dan dibersihkan. Tidak ada lubang kecil atau sudut dan Tepi yang tersembunyi.
