According to the market requirements, the cleaning line is now delivered fully equipped as a complete system. To ensure the supply of rinsing and cleaning liquid to the sonotrodes, our turnkey systems are provided with environmentally friendly and customizable regeneration circulations. These contain pumps, heatings and treatment aggregates in order to prolong the endurance of the fluids and to optimize the cleaning effect: Depending on the kind of contamination we apply light-liquid separators, particle traps, de-ionizers, filters, etc. A closed system frame carries the wire cleaning line and contains the cleaning and rinsing circuits, the generators and all other control units for the entire machine. The dimensions of our standard cleaning systems amount to only 1.5m or 2m length, respectively, 0.75m depth and 1.5m height. Therefore, they can be easily integrated into operating production plants. |
