TCS1200 - Ultrasonic Tape Cleaning System

The TCS1200 is a very compact ultrasonic cleaning system. By means of very intensive ultrasound, it is capable of cleaning tapes of up to 65mm in width at low speeds (up to 30m/min). In addition, it can serve to clean wires that are guided side by side. It comes with an 200 litres tank, a PLC control, two 1000 watts ultrasonic processors and air wipes for the drying. For a easy operation, the upper cleaning modules can be flipped up, so that the cleaning area is easily accessibe, for example if you start with a new tape.

This system is very favorable to extend existing cleaning lines, too. For example for the pure water cleaning prior to a galvanizing or painting line.
